Two things worth being clear about before you decide.
Bookkeeping, custody or a licence
FundFlow administers a fund. It is not your accountant, not your custodian and not a regulatory permission. Whatever you needed those for, you still do.
Data entry
Month-end balances, transactions, costs, dividends and benchmark values are entered by you. There are no bank or broker connections and no statement import: every figure in the system got there because a person put it there, which is also why every figure can be traced.
Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
You sign up, create your fund and use everything for 30 days. No payment details are collected at signup: there is nothing to cancel if you decide not to continue.
Is the price per fund or per user?
Per fund. The number of people who log in does not change what you pay. If you run three funds you pay three times €149 a month; if you run one, you pay once.
What if I add a second fund later?
You choose a plan for that fund when you create it, and it gets its own 30-day trial. Funds are billed separately, so a fund you stop running stops costing.
Is VAT included?
No. €149 and €1,428 are both excluding VAT.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signup asks for your name, an email address you verify, your organisation and your fund name. No payment details.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It stays yours. Statements are PDFs you already have copies of, and if you need an export of your fund’s data, write to us and we will arrange it.
Thirty days, no card, no conditions
The trial is the whole product. If it does not reproduce the numbers you already trust, you will know inside a month.
